1. Agreement to Terms

2.4 Account Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, tq777 requires all Users to verify their identity before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to provide government-issued identification (such as a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (such as a photo of your credit card or screenshot of your e-wallet account).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days of our request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending receipt of satisfactory documentation. tq777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Account at any time by submitting a withdrawal request through the cashier page. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements as described in Section 2.4. All withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your name.

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 300. Maximum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on your VIP level, payment method, and other factors. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers typically take 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals typically take 1–24 hours.

Before processing a withdrawal, you must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. tq777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Any funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms will be forfeited and your Account will be closed.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tq777 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations in the Philippines. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

tq777 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates, which are displayed in the promotional terms for each offer.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. 4.2 Bonus Abuse

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tq777 platform are final and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before placing them. In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity issue, or game error, tq777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

5.2 Irregular Play

Any winnings derived from irregular play will be confiscated and your Account will be closed.

5.3 Game Results and RNG

The tq777 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tq777. You may not use any of our trademarks without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tq777 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall tq777's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Services exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

tq777 is not responsible for any losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, payment processor failures, technical malfunctions, force majeure events, or actions by third parties.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and tq777, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be governed by Philippine law. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your Account, subject to verification requirements and wagering requirements for any active bonuses.

tq777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity; multiple accounts; bonus abuse; irregular play; failure to provide verification documents; or any other activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to tq777 or other Users.

Upon termination by tq777, any funds obtained through violation of these Terms will be forfeited. Legitimate funds may be withdrawn subject to verification and completion of any required wagering.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and tq777 regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver by tq777 of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and tq777's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. tq777 may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.

11.5 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
